The Story of Aggie's Bakes
I started Aggie's Bakes in 2019 in my own little kitchen in the North of England, but my baking journey started years before that.
Having baked since I was a young girl in Poland and going on to study baking in Kielce, I moved to the UK thirteen years ago.
I've since spent my career training as a pastry chef in high-end kitchens all around England, learning about and perfecting high quality desserts.
The things I learnt and the people I met along the way have given me the skills and the passion to create Aggie's Bakes as it is today.
Making delicious and beautifully presented desserts for my customers has been my life's work and for me, opening Aggie's Bakes is a dream come true.
